Capacity Enhancement and Institutional building

CLARION aims to enhance the institutional and individual staff members' ability to realise the organisation's strategic objectives. Possible areas of intervention under this theme include: undertaking periodic strategic planning exercises, undertaking professional training for staff members, supporting interns attached to CLARION and undertaking team building activities for staff and board members.

Strategic Goal

To develop CLARION into a learning institution exercising high standards of professionalism while effectively discharging its mandate.

Key Result Areas:

- Optimum capacity within all institutional organs of CLARION;

- Optimum use of Information Technology; 

- A learning organisation maintaining a positive perception among the public;

- Adequate financial resources; and

- Motivated staff and membership.
